Sickening looks a stunning car in the first few photos , but that's the chance you take when you sell you cut all ties

No Shane, the car was sourced in Sicily and then restored in Holland.

Is the chrome exhaust trim on an E60 520d riveted on, or just on there by friction?

as far as I know it's just pushed in (well in 6 cylinder ones), just give it a tap from behind with rubber hammer

Nearly 3 months in NZ now, worked for a while and now it's time to buy a car again been waiting patiently for this moment! Question is what to get...

    It must be:

    A. Practical
    B. Fun to drive
    C. Not break the bank

    Oh... And ideally somewhat reliable!

Going to a car fair on Sunday and will report my findings

A colleague bought a car, drove from Auckland to the bottom of the South Island and back over 3 months, and all he had to replace was a tyre and sold it at the end for a small profit... Something like that would be great, even if there was a bit of a loss it would certainly beat renting a car for way more money and limited time and not seeing a penny back!

Seems like a great deal, if you need your Xenon bulbs and wipers replaced
