Your best bet is to ask BMW directly and they will point you in the direction of their fleet management company in Sandyford. Those plate surrounds go on all their fleet cars for employees and press and usually end up staying on the cars when they are sold into the dealer network only removed if the dealers prep guys are doing their jobs properly.
