Hi Damian, not sure what the full context of your situation is but as mentioned above, Valdas is great with sourcing engines and may rebuild / partial rebuild the sourced engine according to budget which will certainly give some peace of mind relative to an engine with no verifiable history etc

What happened to your engine if I may ask? I'm running an LCI e60 530d as well so kind of curious.
