GLS issues

So...

Called their main office on my lunch. They had no idea. No apology given. Said call the Carlow office. I did, again no idea and no apology. They said call the driver. Called the driver. He didn't answer, tried a few times. Got through he didnt have the package but stated that he had dropped it in one of their places (that don't exist) in Waterford.

Mad scramble across town to get there and there's a que. Didn't have time to wait so will attempt again tomorrow.
