I know there is lots of info on here about this but I just want to find out if, when taxing a car after it has been declared off the road, do I need to get the rf100a form stamped by the gards or not?

Also it failed the nct towards the end of the final month of tax, so no retest was done! There's a section on the form for nct number and expiry, do I just leave that blank?

So I want to tax it after 3months non use and re-book nct. Gard stamp required and nct booking text covers me to drive? Or not?
