Quick one lads, genuine question..
Has anybody had an experience with it? Mainly looking at anybody who had it to help with weight loss, quit smoking or something of the sorts

Grandfather had it done to quit smoking cost him 300e didn't work was offered to go back and try again but he never went

I seem to remember watching the like of Derren Brown etc and they all seem to say that there are only a certain percentage of population who are easily hypnotised, the rest are not really susceptible to it but just play along for the show kinda thing, so it sounds very hit-and-miss to me!! I have heard of people going to help quit smoking, but it never seemed to have worked!
I worked for a woman who had it done and it worked for her.
I know 3 people that had it done and they haven't smoked for between 3 and 5 years

I did the Allen Carr stop smoking course years ago (almost 12 years ago) and I'm glad to say it worked. The day I did it I was very hungover and was sceptical about it but it did the trick. I'd give that shot before hypnosis.
If its for smoking - my dad smoked 40 major a day for the best part of 50 years - was off them instantly with the electronic cigaratte, had them nicotine free within 4 weeks, and now doesn't use it at all.
Bearing in mind that seeing his father, mother, 3 brothers and 3 sisters ALL die from smoking related cancer didn't make him give up, it was quite impressive.
It's not for smoking, but it seems to be the most common use for it
