Personally when I don use the official bmw one, I use etk.cc
If the problem persists then that is an issue with the bmw ETK database.

all the sites including ETK are showing the exact same options for my car which means on every site my car is missing options - it's almost as if my VIN had been altered somehow!
I've asked Frank Keane can they send me an original build sheet.
