Nice thread Moe! I'll sticky it for the moment, although we may look at separate buyers guide sections if these really grow in numbers down the line
Just to add I had the same problems with both seatbelt arms in my E92 335d, replaced under warranty and they then worked fine after that. You can survive without them, especially if you have the seat adjusted quite far back, but they'll be expensive to replace if not working correctly
