I reckon so. I did a quick check on bmwfans.info & it looks like they were available on the e90 after 2009. The part number is only e90/e91 so the e60 ones will be somehow different, not exactly sure how different though.

There not elec theres a airbag ignitor in them they push out wen in a accident man

I was onto him yesterday and he confirme they will fit mine, they came of a 2007 e90 so maybe they were an option.

I'll see what happens, if I get them hen happy days, if not I'll just keep looking.

Forgot to undated this,

I got the headrests and I am delighted with them. They allow for perfect positioning for pure comfort.
Highly recommend this to anyone.
