Remote control, air mouse, android remote apps, bluetooth/wireless keyboard & mouse. Your choice. I use a small BT keyboard and mouse, made for such use, so the likes of the escape and function keys are replaced with items like an android phone/tablet home button, back button etc

Cheers, I'm iOS with my phone and tablet so I'm guessing I'll have to buy a dedicated remote.

Im using a keyboard / touchpad device at the moment, just waiting on an airmouse to arrive.
You can use kodi remotes but they won't work outside the kodi app so other apps are off limits then.

There is a built in android remote app which can be installed on any android phone which works well enough too

I've 3 of these on order

Ok so got one over the weekend. Haven't used it properly yet but Horizon Go is not working

UPC must know it's a TV box.

I don't think the app supports rooted devices, which your tv box is. Sky Go also only support certain specific devices that they list on their site, so that app won't work either out of the box.

Never fear, plenty other sources for all the content you need through XBMC.

It's like a minefield at the moment. I'm bleeding lost with it. First time using XBMC.

Trust me Keith, I'm only using it around 2 months. You'll soon have that hallelujia moment
