Has anyone had the cam chain tensioner replaced? I am looking for someone in Ireland that could help me diagnose and change the tensioner if required. Any recommendations?
Healyc, Valdas and Thomas Narusa are the people to talk to.

Has the car sat for any extended periods of time?
Thanks. It has sat for a while lately but it was making this noise before that. Are you thinking it could be a stuck lifter?
Mine had a noisy lifter on the right bank, went away after about 20 mins of use and it never came back.

Car hadn't really been used in 2 years
I don't think this is the issue. I have been using it the past week and it's still there. Only really noticeable at idle when the car has warmed up.
