Interior individually spec'd simply means it was made-to-order and not the standard one. The SE's I looked at, when I was in the market, had beige on beige or black on black. This car has cream (also referred as sand/wine - brighter than beige) with black interior.

I know what individually spec'd means, I had a genuine individual model myself . BMW have an individual option for the E39 but that's a different set up to your car. Your car is spec'd with cream leather which I'm not slating, it's just different to an individual model.

It's like saying my F10 with cream leather is individual spec as most of hem have black leather. Whoever bought the car new just ticked the cream leather box instead of a different colour.
Maybe it's just the pictures that are bad as they don't exactly show the car properly. Maybe new, decent pics will highlight them for you.
