    E46 flex disc

    I just did the differential rear bushing and it made a huge improvement in the drivetrain but now I think I need to replace the flex disc to get it 100%

    Has anyone replaced it without dropping the exhaust? I'm just afraid of snapping the studs in the downpipe.

    Petrol or diesel? If its diesel you can let all the mounts on d exhaust go and let it hang gentle on the flexi join. Should give you enough room.

    Its a lot handier done with the exhaust off though.

    I would inspect it first. Maybe it is fine.
