    E46 M3 subframe precautions

Have a 2004 m3 and the subframe hasn't started to crack yet. Any lads know who can reinforce it before it does crack as they all do?

Get the reinforcement plates in ASAP, I'll be getting mine done sooner than later

Jesus lol Would the basic not do well just to prevent it from cracking? Thats a serious loss of money when you go to sell the car is the only thing

Loss really. I would see it as preventive maintenance and has added value to the car.

real enthusiast of E46 M3 should and knows that its common problem ,and its must to be done! And this is the price as mentioned before ,so its only big PLUS if this work is done on the car,and most buyers would be more than happy to get car with this work already done .

but there is group of people that buy performance cars just to try them and sell after with minimum spent on maintenance ,if spent at all .
