Child seat recommendations?

As the title says I'm after a recomendation for a good child seat
if anybody can offer some words of wisdom from experiance?
Occupant is 5 years of age and the seat will be used in an e46 and e30.
If the seat has the ability to administer an electric shock when the
occupant is about to drop food then that would be a bonus.

We have a BeSafe iZi Comfort X3 ISOfix for a 3 year old and will be upgrading to a BeSafe iZi Up X3 Fix in the next year or so, I'd recommend you have a look at that.

It's a Scandinavian brand and comes out very well in crash tests etc.

And it's available in Tony Kealy's in Northside too
