JOM bluelines knocking sound?

Anyone have any issues with this? Have them in the E36 and all was ok. Slight noise when turning left to right. Assumed it was mudguards or what ever so. Removed them when putting in new mounts the other day. The sound has gotten worse since and sounds like the springs are hitting off each other is the best way I can describe it.

I will have a more detailed look when I get a chance but we thought it may have been drop links as well. From a quick google this seems to be a common issue. But there are no real answers being given. I'll check the top nuts as I hear they can come loose if not tightened when the car is on the ground.
