I believe his hand was forced rather than calling it a day - cant confirm, but heard his landlord was asking for more money, and he wasnt willing to meet a crazy increase. Couldnt find another place - near impossible to get a place in Dublin....all they hear is Car Wash and its an automatic no!
Why set on Dublin ? I'd say there's a lot of demand elsewhere in the country and premises are far, far cheaper. I'm not aware of any reputable detailers outside of the M50 TBH and there's some serious metal elsewhere that need some love.....Originally Posted by Curran
