Happens around where I live all the time, it shows that I'm on a totally differwnt road, say approaching a roundabout, instead of tracking where I'm going, it'll track a different exit and continue for a minute or two and then get confused and show I'm driving through houses or through a field.
I was on the M1 on the way back from the airport and it had no idea where I was...photo attached (I think)
