The wheels are also a fairly rare e36 fitment. Whats the story with the car? Was it just never registered or is there a bigger story?

The story I was told was that Frank picked up the car himself in Munich and personally drove it back to Dublin. The car had German export plates on it. When it

arrived in Dublin it was put into Frank's collection and they simply never bothered registering it. I think they are regretting that oversight today as the car is pretty

much unusable. There was talk of them trying to get it registered in the Isle of Man but so far it hasn't happened.
